At JBM, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned and refunds may be issued. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated below.

Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed
  • The product must be in its original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

Returns may be declined if the product shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or if it does not meet the conditions mentioned above.

Customers are required to contact us before sending any return request to ensure proper handling and confirmation.

Refund Policy

Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed in accordance with the following:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2 working days after inspection
  • Refunds will be issued via Cash on Delivery (COD) adjustment or bank transfer, as mutually agreed with the customer

Refund processing time may vary depending on bank processing schedules or communication delays.

Delivery Information

  • We offer delivery across Pakistan
  • Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days

Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or remote delivery locations.

Payment Method

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is the only available payment method. Payment is made at the time of delivery.

We do not collect or store any debit card, credit card, or online banking information.

Important Notes

  • Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Requests made after the 7‑day return window may not be entertained
  • Accurate order details must be provided to ensure smooth processing
