We currently offer delivery services across Pakistan, including major cities as well as selected remote areas, through trusted courier partners.

All orders are carefully processed and securely packed to maintain product quality during transit.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day
  • Once dispatched, customers may receive a shipment or dispatch confirmation

We make every reasonable effort to dispatch orders promptly and efficiently.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days
  • Other Cities / Remote Areas: 3–6 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

From time to time, we may offer complimentary or promotional shipping offers, which will be communicated clearly during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a standard payment method across Pakistan.

To ensure smooth delivery, customers are advised to:

  • Provide a complete and accurate delivery address
  • Keep their phone number accessible for courier coordination
  • Ensure availability at the delivery location to receive the parcel

Orders that are confirmed but refused upon delivery may affect eligibility for future Cash on Delivery orders.

Order Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared where applicable to allow customers to monitor shipment progress.

Delivery Issues

If an order is received in a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete condition, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with relevant details or evidence, so that the issue can be reviewed and resolved.

Failure to report delivery issues within the stated timeframe may affect claim eligibility.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Delays, misdeliveries, or failed delivery attempts resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details are beyond our responsibility.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Order modifications or cancellations are only possible before dispatch. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.
