Payment Method

Currently, we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method. Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

Any refusal to accept a confirmed order at delivery may affect eligibility for future Cash on Delivery orders.

Order Confirmation and Cancellation

  • An order is considered confirmed once verified via phone, WhatsApp, or system confirmation
  • Orders may be canceled only before dispatch
  • Once dispatched to the courier, orders cannot be modified or canceled

Delivery and Shipping

Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or factors beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund practices are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Customers are advised to review the policy carefully before placing an order.
